Goals

Do you ever feel like you never complete anything? That's how I've been feeling lately. I feel like I have so many things started and not enough time or money or PATIENCE to get anything finished! Patience being key here, in this age of technology I have been feeling my patience grow thinner and thinner in all aspects of my life.

So here are some new goals to work on:

-work on patience

-finish website update

-make more effort to keep in touch

-meditate regularly

I'm not setting a time for when I want to have these goals accomplished by because they are more of a lifestyle change in general, well except for the website update, that happens this weekend!!!

And because I cannot post without photos, here are some I took yesterday after our first "snow" of the season.  I use quotes because it was just a dusting.

Inspiration for the Week

COLOR:
I'm so inspired by complementary reds and blues right now.  This orange and cyan is a perfect example.  Love these colors!

My friend Amy is awesome, she makes these collars and sells them on etsy.

STYLE:
Everything about this outfit is adorable.  Too bad I'm constantly messy.

Goals for the week:

1.  Spend as little money as possible.

2.  Hang up frames with prints.

3.  Start the Artist's Way over again.

4. Knit!

Very little goal making this week.  I have so many things that I know I will do, but I don't want to make them a part of this list.

Inspiration for the Week

ART:

These make me want to start carrying my sketchbook around more regularly.

QUOTE:

I need to write this on my wall in extremely large handwriting.  It's so true!

Another week to be inspired, I'm excited because I just developed my first roll of film in 4 months! That's a long time for me and I'm glad it turned out.  I can't wait to share the images later this week!  Clearly I'm really excited!!!!

This weeks goals:

1.  Shoot a roll of film

2.  Carry sketchbook around and draw strangers (at least once)

3.  Plan a camping trip!

4. Get color film developed.

I think those are reasonable goals that can actually be met.
Hope everyone else is ready for an inspired week as well, go make art!
